ManageXPro is operated by MXP Software Solutions Ltd. If you want to request deletion of personal data associated with your ManageXPro account or a connected integration, please contact us using the details below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

Please include:

• Your name
• Your business name
• The email address linked to your ManageXPro account
• A short description of the data you want deleted

What happens next

We will verify your request and delete or anonymise eligible personal data where required by applicable law and our contractual obligations. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes.

Third-party integrations

If your data was shared with a third-party integration, such as Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Stripe, QuickBooks, DVLA, or DVSA, we will disconnect or remove integration data under our control. You may also need to request deletion directly from the relevant third-party provider.
